EBARA End Suction Volute Pump
Pelepasan dan perawatan yang mudah, sistem BPO (Back Pull Out) memungkinkan semua elemen yang berputar dilepas tanpa memutuskan pekerjaan pipa hisap dan buang.
Pelepasan garis tengah atas, penyangga kaki di bawah selubung untuk ketahanan maksimum karena ketidaksejajaran dan distorsi dari beban pipa.
Desain non-overload untuk memastikan kinerja yang stabil untuk semua aplikasi.

EBARA Self Priming Pump
Tidak diperlukan persiapan kecuali untuk penggunaan awal
Casing yang dirancang khusus menyediakan priming yang sangat cepat untuk pemipaan yang diperpanjang.
Pemeliharaan difasilitasi karena jenis pengepakan.
Air yang bercampur dengan sedikit pasir atau lumpur dapat dipompa ke atas karena desain impeller semi terbuka.

Ebara 3D Batam
Standardised cast iron centrifugal pump with AISI 304 and AISI 316 steel impeller, axial suction and radial discharge with 2 or 4 poles motors. The 3D SERIES is equipped with Back pull-out design that allows the motor, coupling, bracket and impeller to be removed without compromising the pump body or disassembling the piping.
The many types of mechanical seal that can be mounted on the electric pumps allow the use of special materials. Therefore, they can adapt to different needs based, for example, on the type of liquid, temperature or other factors of use, covering, depending on the model, a wide range of temperatures.

Ebara 2CDX Batam
Single/Twin impeller centrifugal pump with hydraulics in AISI 304 stainless steel, with radial impeller, with hydraulics entirely in pressed AISI 304, with hydroformed components, which ensure sturdiness, hydraulic efficiency and reliability.
The hydroforming process uses a high-pressure fluid (up to 1200 bar) to form the metal.
The hydraulic fluid, in our case water, with increasing pressure pushes the stainless steel to copy the shapes of the template until it comes into contact with the internal walls of the matrix that forms the mould. Hydroforming, which combines the power of a press with the force of water, has significant advantages over traditional processes, namely:

• Perfectly smooth shape
• Highly smooth running
• No welding points

These features ensure high corrosion resistance, high efficiency with performance above 80% and low losses.
The small size of CDX electric pumps makes them suitable for narrow or difficult to reach spaces.
The versatility of these electric pumps is due to the different types of mechanical seals that can be applied.
